Pressure-test your vendor shortlist before you sign
You have a shortlist — maybe from Vendor Match, maybe from a sales call. Before you sign, Vendor Diligence pressure-tests each finalist with live research: is the quote real, are the security claims true, will it fit your stack, and what is buried in the contract terms.

What the AI Vendor Diligence does
Give it the 1–3 vendors you are seriously considering — with the plan tier and price you were quoted, if you have one. For each vendor, Rémis runs a live research pass that verifies current pricing against your quote, checks security and compliance claims (SOC 2, HIPAA, and more) against the vendor’s own published pages, maps integration fit with your stack, and collects review signals and contract red flags — every verified claim carries a source. A synthesis pass then ranks the shortlist and delivers a decision memo: a pick (or an honest “not yet”), the conditions to attach before signing, and your next steps.
Who it's for
- Buyers holding a real quote who want it verified before signing
- Regulated businesses that need security claims checked, not trusted
- Anyone choosing between two or three finalist tools

Vendor Diligence Memo — Hillcrest Family Dentistry
Verdicts at a Glance
- Weave — Proceed with cautions. Only option that covers both reminders and insurance eligibility, with a native Dentrix integration. Total cost, BAA and contract terms are not yet confirmed.
- Acuity Scheduling — Proceed with cautions. Price and BAA both confirmed ($61/mo Premium), but no Dentrix integration found, no insurance features, and HIPAA mode turns off Microsoft 365 calendar sync.
- Microsoft Power Automate — Proceed with cautions. Fits Microsoft 365 well and Microsoft's BAA covers it, but there is no Dentrix connector, no built-in texting and no eligibility checks. Hillcrest would have to build everything.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a diligence run take?
Three to ten minutes. It is the deepest research run on the platform — each vendor gets its own live web-research pass (pricing pages, trust and security pages, reviews) before the comparison memo is written.
How is this different from Vendor Match?
Vendor Match builds a priced shortlist from your use cases. Vendor Diligence vets the finalists you already have: it verifies the exact quote you were given, checks security and compliance claims against the vendor’s own published pages, flags contract terms, and ends with a ranked pick. Run Match to find candidates; run Diligence before you sign.
What if a claim can’t be verified?
Claims that can’t be verified are labeled unverifiable rather than guessed, and the memo lists exactly what to confirm with the vendor. If research fails for every requested vendor, the run stops and your credit is refunded automatically.
